GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING TO UK
Shipping to the UK is free.
Delivery time estimate: 2-3 working days UK mainland (Royal Mail), and 2-4 working days (Royal Mail) beyond UK mainland. Please note, we don't currently offer next-day delivery.
All Chiltern t-shirts are shipped in packaging which fits through a standard UK letterbox. Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.
DESPATCH TIMING OF ORDERS
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday.
IF PACKAGING DOESN'T FIT THROUGH YOUR LETTERBOX AND YOU AREN’T IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES
Royal Mail will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you want to return a t-shirt or exchange it for a different size you can do so within 28 days of delivery.

If your product is faulty please contact customer services as soon as possible who will be able to assist you.
Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any security devices or seals intact. If you could like to return an item to us please contact us at members@getchiltern.com along with your full name and order number and we will send you a free returns slip via email. This can be attached to the Chiltern box in which you received your order and posted back through any Royal Mail post box.
